Shipping Policy

All COMMON products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful.

Production Time Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days after purchase. During peak periods, production may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times Shipping times vary by destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times after production:

• United States: 3–7 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• Rest of the world: 7–20 business days

These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or local conditions. COMMON is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or third-party carriers.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.

Returns & Exchanges Because every product is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please refer to our size guides before ordering.

We accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:

• The product arrives damaged or defective

• The wrong item or size was sent

• There is a significant printing error

To report an issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery through our contact page, including your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with Printful to resolve it as quickly as possible.
